Bengbeng with some shots of Sibu, Sarawak

Today Bengbeng bought a camera so no more please, please lend me your camera and I will give you extra cups of coffee and kampua stuff.

What is kampua? Kampua is basically noodles boiled then drained, mixed with lard, seasoning, fried onion, salt, light soya sauce, and thin meat slices. A small bowl of soup will also be provided. The prices range from RM1.60 to RM2.30 depending on location.

Anyway, I took the opportunity to learn photography and took some shots using this camera. Good or bad, it is yours truly’s first efforts with this camera.

unusual tree

This pic shows a new extension to the town square. It is rumoured, rumoured only that this tree has a long history and that supposedly some believe it is ….. no ordinary tree.

This pic shows the common washroom of the men and ladies at the community toilets. Entry is 20 sen. When yours truly took photographs she rushed in to investigate..probably thought I was up to no good. The toilets are separate. Only the sinks are communal. You can see the lady in the mirror.

Sibu Port Authority
This building is unique in the sense that it was meant to look like a boat. It is the Rejang Port Authority building.

This pic shows a place where lovers and families like to stroll in the evenings.

This pic shows a ferry which ferries passengers, bicycles and motor-cycles across the Igan River for a fee. It can be a little precarious at times.
