Karaoke at Li Hua and dancing at Everly, Sibu

What a night I had! The busiest Saturday night I had in ages :)

I had to entertain guests from outstation. First stop was Hotel Li Hua where a karaoke competition for ’seasoned’ singers was held. It was a fund-raising event.

The night was still young so we drove over to Green Pub. It is owned by Ben, a body-builder. It is a user-friendly kind of pub where everybody lets their hair down and enjoyed themselves. People were busy karaoke-ing and playing pool all night.

Our next stop was Cuba. The onslaught of energy when you come near the place is overwhelming. The place is crowded and the pulsating music and thick haze of smoke, the laughter almost overwhelms.

Everly Sibu
The next stop was Everly Hotel. It was spacious, comfortable and the service was good. It was crowded but you don’t sense it because it is so big. There was a live band.

Our last stop was Happy Garden near the Tua Pek Kong and SIDEX centre. We all enjoyed ourselves most here. We sat next to a speaker ( it was crowded ) and the pulsating beat made our hearts throb and beat in rhythm. We danced till late at night. We had no choice but to dance with each other as we had brought no female companions along hahahha.

The fact was we had nobody to dance with :) but the beat moved us..even yours truly whose feet reluctantly started to tap, then head, then body and before I knew it, we were all on the dance floor. It wasn’t really a dance floor just an empty space, but the music..the beat moved on .

The best part was, Miss Calm and Collected didn’t comment at all on my coming home late :)
