Leonardo Dicaprio and the Blood Diamond
Leonardo Dicarprio is one of the most bankable characters of Hollywood. He had once considered taking a break after the colossal success of The Titanic.
According to him, he was afraid he would end up being just another pretty face. However he remembers when he was not yet successful and readily admits Titanic was a great break for him.
Well, he is more than just a pretty face. With him as part of the cast, any film would receive public attention.
He is expected to get an Oscar nomination for his portrayal of an undercover policeman in The Departed. Blood Diamond, his latest film is to be released in the UK on 26 January.
The film is set during Sierra Leone’s bloody civil war in 1999. Leo plays the role of Danny Archer, a smuggler who sells “blood” diamonds used to finance terrorists and mercenaries. Jennifer Connelly co-stars.
I just can’t wait for the show to reach the local cinemas considering all the hype the show has been getting.

yeah, its already showing in the cinema near you. But I’m not aware of it either.. when they started showing. not until my friend planned for the show.
