The five-month-old baby who was carried by strong winds for about 100ft with her cot died of severe brain injuries. She was pronounced dead at 6.15pm on Thursday . ( reported in today’s Borneo Post ).

She was not taken to Kuching for further medical treatment as she had suffered severe brain injuries and she was in a weak condition. She suffered a cracked skull which caused her brain to haemorrhage and her right arm was broken.

The couple have since gone back to Bawan, Kanowit. Her funeral is today.
