is death penalty still practiced in M’sia? well, it’s not a murder, but rather man slaughter maybe eh. murder sounds too… bad

I think Singapore too has death penalty for murder, manslaughter, drug trafficking, drug dealing, and half of a dozen things that pass through court

Personally, I think she didn’t intend it at all. The problem is that the woman is 82 years old. At that age, even a fall can be fatal. Yes, death penalty is still practiced but it remains to be seen the punishment meted out by the courts. On a personal level i think no death penalty here. There was no premeditation or motive. It just happened.

the accused is innocent until found guilty, and all this is media sensation. Dont judge her until a judge does.
