DAP man asked to leave for saying ‘jangan kurang ajar’
I am surprised by how many of my friends are conscience of the going-ons in the state legislative assembly.
Read about it : Borneo Post
Many people seem to have strong opinions about the issue. They seem to have more information than what was printed in the press. That brings to mind that the electorate are politically mature enough to read between the lines.
The hero of the hour at the moment seems to be Chong Chieng Jen (DAP-Kota Sentosa). The incident also seems to have drawn attention towards Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah (BN-Asajaya) who is deemed to have ‘overstepped the line’ in their opinion. However, Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Speaker Dato Sri Mohd Asfia Awang Nassar seems to have escaped the wrath of my friends who are unanimously agreed that he was just doing his job.
Politics and politicians. These antics are a matter of principle and scoring points. It matters not who is right and who is wrong. What matters is how it will affect the opinion of the voting electorate. The game of politics.
The prize : trophies in the form of seats in the coming elections. Both the ruling coalition and the opposition have their respective camps. Any politician who doesn’t realize the importance of good PR risks alienating chunks of the electorate even before nomination day.
