Sarawak Police : No probe into links between politician and gangsterism
In the front page of the Borneo Post, Sarawak State Police Commisioner Datuk Talib Jamal is quoted as saying that according to his knowledge there is no probe into involvement by politicians in gangsterism in Sarawak.
He is in a position to say that as he personally supervised the investigations into the case involving Wong Leh Yin alias Lee Long with the help of Sibu OCPD Assistant Commisioner Nicholas Sebastian. “There is no record of anybody offering bribes to police officers to release Lee Long ,” he read from a brief statement.
This means that the politicians have been exonarated and can now concentrate on their duties to serve the public.
Let us forget speculations and rumours.
