Life for ‘honour killing’ father
I came upon this link in the BBC. It shocked me to the core mainly because I am so out of tune with the people who perpetrated the crime of killing a woman in what has been loosely termed ‘honor killing.
Her crime: she had a boyfriend.
She had gone to the police to seek help but the police did not take her seriously.

its their culture.. haih.. read some similar story sometime back
it seems that the killer himself was given a shorter sentence than the other 2 perpetrators. in malaysia, where a death penalty can be imposed, i would assume that all 3 would face a similar fate - death.
i just wonder what the outcome of the altantuya murder trial will be. will the 2 police personnel get death & the mastermind get away scot-free??
that outome we will just have to wait n see…but i believe in justice of the Malaysian courts..we have to..there is no other choice
