I had no idea of this kind of surgery available locally. However I believe, we should be satisfied with our allotted endowments and not meddle with ‘nature’ unless medically necessary. Robbie doesn’t need this surgery at all. Perhaps the perpetual need to always enhance one’s self became too strong for Robbie to resist.
