Mrs Bengbeng: Beng my dear, u look tired. i am so sorry. I will come home and handle everything.

Mrs BB: BB, dear. It is ok. You mustn’t be too tired. Go ahead. Rest. Go out to play if you want to .
BB: (Jumps up with joy
) Thank you sayang. I am so lucky to have married you. You are so kind.
Mrs BB: just be careful when driving, dear.
so syrupy sugar sweet….domestic thingy…ai…Adino style. Been a very long time since things were that way
we are even closer now than we had ever been
but we use words sparingly. it is like telepathy : we understand each other perfectly.
I went out on Friday night. I was invited to a dinner.

I had a chance to meet Miss Nicole Brown from Illinois, USA. I even received a hug from this ang moh chabo
it was my first time to receive a hug from a non Mrs Bengbeng. I promise! It is true…blush blush….you can believe me…arr..you believe me, don’t you? >
After all the days of being house husband, it was a pleasure to watch sorry I meant hear this lady sorry i meant the couple sing
The highlight of the night was a chance to meet my old friend back from England and later celebrating his mother’s birthday at a local night spot.

Wah that lucky ang moh woman get to hug bengbeng!

ahem ahem…not the culture in Sibu…afterwards my ear kena tarik teruklah
You are also very lovey dovey ma, but probably you and Mrs BengBeng shows it in different ways

LOL ain’t that the truth, not only that it’s not the culture in Sibu but I think it’s not our Chinese way either
but a hug is a nice thing
slowly hugs are coming into being in chinese culture
Wah Bengbeng, why your friend from UK look so young one? Same age as you ah? He looks as young as my son man!
You like all these hugging business ah? But only from ang more char boh lah, I know, and Mrs Bengbeng of course.
OK, both FH aka kopi Ah Soh and I know where we stand lah….keep a hand distance away otherwise our ears get pulled, or was it your ears?
one more thing I learned, the inmates at old folks homes, they like the hugs, the human touch, to be talked to and I believe it meant a lot to them to have someone listen to them
