A not so typical day ( Benghui shut up )
So, what’s happening in my life. I have been spending time trying to capture a screenshot of my desk top. I have been taught before but i somehow can’t seem to get it right. It is for a meme. 
I am really a klutz when it comes to these things.
Benghui came home from school and with guilty but naughty eyes hung around me. I was wondering what he wanted when suddenly he dropped this thing right in front of the computer where I was sitting. It gave me an initial fright. Well, at least it made him happy. A friend lent it to him.
I was on the balcony when I saw this bird landing in my garden. These birds are very common in my area. However its white feathers made a great contrast to my green uncut grass. I then took this pic. Hope you all like it.
The significant event of the day. Benghui and I saw a cocker spaniel for sale with big big long droopy ears. We both wanted it. It is 3 months old and very cute. Mrs Bengbeng didn’t want an additional burden so we couldn’t buy it.
Benghui uncharacteristically came home and went straight up to bed. He just shut up. He didn’t linger or speak a word until the next morning. He stopped talking when we left the veterinary clinic. I tried to discuss this with Mrs BB but she was adamant.
I wanted the dog very much too . It looked at me with its big droopy eyes and kept licking my hand.
That’s all that is happening in the life of the Bengbeng family I think Benghui and I fell in love with the dog.
I like the pic in ur header of the row of wooden huts on stilts over a tidal estuary. where is that place? have u lived in those places before? or know anyone who does? what is it like to live there I wonder? I am sure the reality is less comfortable. Maybe it is very smelly haha.It’s nice to have the water come in with the tide twice daily and to have a boat moored right under teh house and take it out for a ride now and then, or go fishing.
used to cross over by boat every day from this place by ferry every day on my motor cycle. if u walk it is perhaps 10 or 15 minutes from my house. it is a very nice place n the people live together as a community. it is especially so now when hari raya puasa is around the corner.

Well, if there is someone at home all the time, then I’m sure you can handle another doggy.
However I advice you do some research on the dog breed first before buying, so you know that the breed is right for your lifestyle and personality. For me… the best breed is the Shih Tzu
Think about it a few weeks more, and see if you still have the urge to get a doggy
Oh that bird is common here too, its called the Kenawai or Egret and - and I only know that because one of the oil field is called that! But the thing about this bird is that they take flight too slow that accidents always happen because they can’t fly high and fast enough before an oncoming car..
Ask your nephew to help you…perhaps they know how to print screen.
Like Adindo said, research before buying a dog. You don’t want one that will always bully Oopi right. Hehe
Bring that mice to our forthcoming gathering to scare the hell out of the only lady in the group, ok?

I used to have a cocker spaniel myself. It lived a ripe old age until it died last year. They are sure adorable. But due to our hot local weather, tey are rather prone to ear infections coz their ears droop down with thick hair. So yeah, they do require some extra attention. heh heh…
