Of page rank, google adsense, mangoes and citrus fruits

eat-mango
Benghui eats fragrant mango

My PR has dropped from PR4 to PR3 even though my alexa has dropped from 500k to 250k and my links have multiplied. It depressed me for a while but not for long.

page-rank

This page rank predictor is no longer relevant :)

It comes as a blow after my google adsense account was suspended for reasons I am not aware of.

However I received a reply from google adsense saying that they are considering my appeal. I refuse to let all this negative factors drag me down. I will continue blogging :) My blogging after all is not a commercial thingy. But some ad opportunities may slip from my hands.

I am in a good mood although Mrs BB has been in a nagging mood. I took my ladder and washed all the exterior windows and puttered around in my neglected garden ( got the idea from mott. )

mango
Our first mango of the season. But the harvest is small this year :(

pomelo
My red pomelo is doing nicely just waiting to ripen and a bountiful harvest.

oranges
The few citrus fruits that I have all seem to be doing well ( although a little smaller than what I had hoped for. Perhaps it will be bigger when it is ready )

orange-new
Benghui would like to pluck this if I gave him permission. He looks at it every morning.

bintangor-oranges
This particular tree is like a Christmas tree with fruits all over like Christmas decorations. :)

fern
I have transplanted this what Mrs Bengbeng calls rubbish. It is unique in the sense that its stem looks like a hairy paw and will look very unusual when it is big. It normally grows as a parasite by the side of drains or growing on neglected walls. It cannot tolerate much heat though.

I managed to run for an hour on the tread mill and I was surrounded by my friends. Benghui is busy studying for his exams and Mrs Bengbeng cooked today.

I have a good life. That is all that is important. :)

hi bengbeng, like u said, a good life is all that is important. Everything else is icing. haha. nice to know the mango season is coming to malaysia again. from the pictures, u sure will get a lot of pomelos from that tree this season too. i love pomelos. we buy them from the pasar malam, and they are so sweet. They don’t seem to have a season,do they? whenever i visit malaysia, i can find them on sale everytime. like the mangos, i guess many are imported from thailand. i m of course talking of west msia. East malaysia will be different i m sure. do sibu still sell cheap moon cakes? its some time since it has come and gone, but moon cakes are still on sale cheap in san francisco, where my friend has gone on holiday. i just wondered whether after the moon cake festival, u all can buy moon cakes real cheap.

moon cakes in sibu r seasonal n mostly imported from west malaysia.. we cannot afford it..we eat the cheaper local ones :) my mangoes smell wonderful n ooo taste lovely…so lovely. even better than those on the market. we take pomelo every week so we take t for granted oledi

Wow, your garden is so lush and abundant!

it is just like a jungle. i spent today clearing it. so tired. chopping, trimming..getting rid of the branches n leaves. mayb that’s wy the harvest isn’t good this yr. i have neglected the garden since i started blogging

Ah…I think this Google PR thingy is still a lil unstable.. since it’s up and down for everyone. Just wait it out and in the meantime, those citrus fruits wud be ready for harvesting!!! What fun!

Huh?? All the fruits in your garden? So nice. Actually, the three green ones, for a moment, looked like avocadoes to me. :)

Your mango is so huge! What fertilizer do you use if you don’t mind me asking? Benghui’s wee ah? They are the best thing for fruit trees. How do I know? Aaaahhh, this lau amah has not told you of my younger days yet! *wink, wink*

Mrs Bengbeng’s dinner looks so good and healthy. Curry, engchye and cabbage???

midin..a type of local vege not engchai..for engchai we jus dip it in hot water…not on menu. we don’t use fertilizer..mayb that’s whats the problem.

mayb it is bird poo. jus naturally fertile or infertile :) i dont know wat avacado looks like….but it tastes like orange

I haven’t checked, but I suspect my blog has probably gone down to PR2. The PPP offers seem to be so low now.

Oh well, it doesn’t matter. Blogging has lead me to know new friends, which is worth much more that any paid posts can offer.

    career comes first

Thanks for checking for me… confirm my blog is PR1 now. Might as well set to PR0 for all I care. Oh well, that’s a lot of work gone down the drain.

wait it out. yr PR may go up again.
