My hometown Sibu has many parks like this. What is different is that it is not built by the government but built by non-governmental organizations with money from donations from a generous public.
That is one good thing about the people in my town. They are always aware of the need for people to take a walk and stroll and generally engage in healthy activities. There are many sculptures and even a big lily pond and a jogging track.

Have a great week ahead.

I had an idea to create a small space for my son and I to exercise. We cleared a small space so we could exercise together. It was a grand idea. For more details, here

However four days later, seeing the two of us not using the space or exercising, my wife found a more practical use for the exercise thingy and the space.
Have a great weekend every body.

A place to run away from it all
Life was never easy. There was always the potential of harm to one’s self. When you see a fight or some gang smashing up a neighbour’s house, stay indoors. Peek though a window if you must, but remain hidden.

Benghui’s top 3 favorite toys-his own selection
I woke up this morning with a splitting headache. Vaguely recall yesterday was Mrs BB’s birthday. Rushed over to look at Benghui. I do that every morning to make sure he is alright.
I then recall memories of my childhood. My earliest memory of childhood is to wake up with a small inflatable Batman by the side of my mattress. My father is long gone but I still remember it.

I was at the gym when Benghui called me.
Benghui: Today is mummy’s birthday. You come home now.
I remember telling Clare about her birthday but I forgot about it again. I rushed to a shop at Wisma Sanyan and got a little something. Just in case Mrs BB expects something. Sometimes it is hard to read her mind. I give her something and she will scold me for wasting money.

I cooked Ning Shen soup today. The ingredients are from Eu Yan Sang. It is a traditional recipe for calming the mind and keeping the heart healthy.

This pack serves 3 to 4 persons. Cook with 300gms of meat/chicken. Optional- I added some mushrooms.

Oh my God! Has it been that long since The Sound of Music was filmed? I think almost everybody aged 30 and above has seen the film, The Sound of Music. It is brought back and reycled every ten years. It never fails to please as a family based entertainment. It had all the elements of a thriller with war as a persistent background for the movie.

Today I share with you a chat with a wonderful caring guy. His faith shines through his life. Sometimes when I compare myself with those like him, I wonder if the faith I profess to have is the same as theirs. I fail miserably. Anyway, this morning I share this chat to motivate readers to think and reflect upon their own lives.

JOHN WESLEY (1703–1791)
English evangelist; theologian; cofounder of Methodism
John Wesley, the father of the doctrinal and practical system of Methodism, was born at Epworth June 28, 1703, and died in London Mar. 2, 1791.
