My nephews are in town much to Benghui’s delight.

His presence in town could signal less blogging on my part for as long as he is around. Also I have been very busy with money and money and money flying out of my pockets 
My house seems to be diseased and everything needs to be repaired suddenly.
The gutter.
The drain pipe.
The roof and many other stuff without pics . But it is about time I paid for such a long period of non maintenance on the house.
