Sibu is excited. Never before has an international pageant of this size been held in Sibu, Sarawak. Most of the charming ladies have arrived in Sibu. The finals will be held in Sibu at RH Hotel with table sales doing very well as every body knows that the proceeds will go to charity. Everybody will be there or wants to be there.

So for those who want to purchase a table, the prices are RM1500, RM3000, RM5000 up to RM100000 for the VIP table. For those not able to attend due to timing reasons, the opportunity is there to meet them is when they take part in a parade around town.

I had a chance to meet Miss Macao. She is so sweet and gentle. At first I was hesitant but she spoke English fluently. Very unassuming and graceful. She has the typical Foochow good looks and many thought she was from Sibu She loves Sibu and I am sure Sibu people will love her.

Miss Singapore too was very gracious and charming. Every eye turned when she entered the place. There is something about her smile. An excellent tourism ambassador for Singapore. She was even knowledgeable about Miri
