Of house renovation, wooden blinds, and aluminium windows
It is 2119 and it has been a very tiring day. I had to move all these heavy flower pots around and do a lot of clearing up. The house has been noisy with the sound of pneumatic drill until five this evening.
I had to have the wooden framed windows removed so that I can replace them. The wooden window frame has rot until it cannot be saved
Finally I managed to hang up the wooden blinds. I just love it. It shields the home from the direct glare of the sun while giving us a semblance of privacy. The whole front compound will be tiled. i still cannot decide on the tiles. I have only a day or two to decide. Should I choose low maintenance, smooth indoor type of tiles which are slippery or the rough, outdoor and expensive type of tiles?
Now I have to physically remove all these broken up cement pieces and throw them away 
It is a lot of work but tomorrow is a non-working day. Hopefully I will have at least some one to help me out tomorrow. Why am I removing the tiles? I just want to plant some grass 
For me, I will choose non-slippery tiles. It is hard to predict what will happen to the person after a fall.. Safety First! ;P

Show us some pictures when the renovation is done. You should just get the workers to help you and you just relax.
i am too old for all this. i will let them do it from now on.
