Of awning, iron nets, toilet bowls, sinks and sledge hammers haha

iron-netting

I think I am going to drop off to sleep soon. It has been such a tiring day. Even though I had help, it was also very stressful and extremely tiring. Mrs BB will be away until Wednesday evening. With running here and there ferrying Master Precious Cargo aka Benghui for tuition I am totally bushed. Not to mention running to buy hardware materials negotiating prices, finding help and making sure Benghui takes a bath and doesn’t go out as it is dangerous outside with renovation materials every where.

Being too busy to cook, I just bought him a packet of nasi lemak but he just ate the pieces of chicken and left the rest alone. I am too tired to care.

Anyway we managed to get the wire netting in place. I am going to use pre-mixed concrete.

awning

The false ceiling for the awning has been given a layer of undercoat.

jackhammer

Benghui cam-whoring with a jack hammer. The watucallit sledge hammer drill? broke down and I had to help using a big hammer as you can see Benghui holding to break the concrete. It took all I have to continue pounding the concrete. I am pooped now. At the very end of my strength.

Yes I managed to install the aluminium windows.

toilet-bowl-sink

And yes, these arrived. Mrs Bengbeng ordered them and forgot to inform me. I have no idea where to begin on how to install them. Life is so complicated. I might have to google for information later. But for now I need a rest but Benghui is still alert. I wish he could sleep so I could sleep. I worry he might do something silly while I sleep. :(

But the house is dirty and dusty and Mrs Bengbeng is going to get mad when she comes home. I can’t help it. I have no more energy. But come tomorrow I will be as good as new, I hope. I was asleep last night, deep asleep when Benghui woke me up to say he missed mummy. With that interruption I couldn’t get to sleep any more. :(
