Sibu flood- I was stranded
It seems the flood is not yet over after all in spite of low water at my home. Notice the white car stranded.
The water was moving swiftly. The pic was taken at the Jalan Oya Policlinic at about 1030 this morning.
I didn’t dare proceed and risk being stranded like the white car and pay towing charges and hefty repair bills. I have been warned the spare parts for my car are very expensive.
Meanwhile minutes away in Sungai Merah town, it was just another trading day.
