My Longkang

I took my family to the padang behind Wisma Sanyan tonight. There was an event there with the theme “Joy To The World Christmas Celebrations“. The grand event combines stage shows, exhibitions and live shows to make it a great time for all.

In conjunction with it, there is an exhibition jointly organised by SIB, RC and Methodist Church on “The Life and Story of Jesus Christ”, with the objective to take you for a tour of in-depth understanding of our Lord - from birth, teachings , crucifixion to resurrection. There were also fund raising activities.

I tried to explain to Benghui the significance of it all. However to him, it was just another night out on the town. Crowds and fun.

This was an exhibit. Perhaps the exhibitors wanted to show the lives of the pioneer Christians of Sibu.

The queue was too long and we decided to forgo this part of the celebrations.

Some were happily enjoying this game. I don’t understand this game nor know the name of this game. To me, it seems like adults playing with giant marbles.
