2008 New Year’s Resolution Jeff-N-Perth
Guest writer- Jeff-N-Perth
With the new year just begun I’ve put together a small list of things that I
really need to do. Here they are:
1.Cut down or trim trees: These tall 15metre gum trees are a constant annoyance to the elderly neighbour next door. The leaves block up her gutters(which I have to clean out), drop leaves all over her tidy back yard and large limbs threaten to break off and fall off onto my car!
2.Clean up shed: My workshop is full interesting stuff ( well I think it is), however the need to have 5 large old Xerox photocopiers has passed. Out they go!
3.Birthday: For the past several years my birthday has been rather mediocre, and even at times rather depressing, each year I get older. However this year I’m going to make change, I’m going to have the best damn birthday ever! But how you say? Well what could be better than spending it overseas in a place that claims to be “truly Asiaâ€. Yes Malaysia(and Singapore) here I come. It’s party time!
4.Do more and great things with my video camera: Slowly I’m learning more and more about making good videos. Not only is there a certain amount of skill in capturing good video footage but also there is real art in the editing process. And of course upload them to YouTube for comment(or ignore).
Happy new year from Jeff-N-Perth

Good plan, Mr. Beng, I’m sure you will accomplish those plan within year 2008. Hmm… I think I should list down my plan for the year too!!
This is Jeff-N-Perth’s resolutions. he will be coming over to Malaysia soon for a holiday
“Woodman, spare that tree…!” This is a poem or something from way back when, and little did we realise the wisdom in it then. Anyway, welcome in advance, Jeff…to Malaysia, truly Asia!
Please be careful when you cut/trim those trees dowan those tings fall on your head. hapi 2008 beng beng.
suituapui: I just trim them not cut down I think, they give nice shade in summer. Yes I’ll be careful, will get tree loppers to do the job. It’s very high up.
My birthdays (and practically every other so-called festivity) has been mediocre too. Boring, unexciting, depressing and only makes me feel older. No idea how to fix it but i bet your idea’s a start, celebrating it somewhere else.
Yea, i think your shed would definitely have alot of interesting stuff. Things you could salvage and make into other things like weapons and cool gizmos! XD
BYE!
p.s. Invite me!! Hahaha..
I will make sure Jeff reads this
