Corridor of History for Sibu Centenary Foochow Settlement
I discovered this place only a few days ago. I first saw it when I was with wuching but I didn’t realize it was open to the public. I must admit I know little about the history of Sibu town itself other than the first Foochow pioneers arrived in Sibu on board the M.S. Hong Bee about a century ago. It has developed by leaps and bounds since then.
I asked for permission to take pics and was told I could take pics from this section of the gallery. There was another section where pics were not allowed to be taken. I encourage all visitors to visit this place to know Sibu a little better. It is situated further up from Farley Supermarket. They are closed on Mondays.
