How does one say thank you to a great guy whom one looks up to and admires as an exceptional human being? Turn up for his 70th birthday party even though one is up to the neck in work. Together with friends and relatives from all over Sabah and Sarawak I turned up to pay tribute to a guy whom one can only describe as a true lion with a true lion sprit and ever willing to serve the community and the less privileged ones.
As usual there was the birthday cake.
IPDG Lion Mary Wee entertained the guests with her usual brand of humor.
The guests had paid huge sums on traveling expenses and hotel fees just to be there to pay tribute to him.
Good food is always on the agenda for a birthday party.
