Hey, look! I may earn even more than those guys one day. I may even set up my own business one day. When that day comes, I won’t even look at these same ladies. I believe in love. But it seems that day will never come. They see me still living with my family and no immediate prospects for wealth and suddenly I am undesirable.
Good looks just aren’t enough any more. Even my skill in singing just isn’t enough. I will work very hard. I will prove to every body I am a some body. Otherwise I will end up a bachelor all my life. Sleeping with ladies and having a relationship but with no prospects of marriage still excites me but the relationships never work. The ladies are always after security.
I once told a lady I loved her. She laughed and asked me how my love would be able to feed her and a family. She was in my bed. And yet she calls me out whenever she is at a loose end. She keeps me hanging on a string. I will say no the next time she calls. I pay for all the drinks, and she goes around looking for good husband material.

i was most unfortunate at school, nerdy, always broke, hardly had any money to eat, never dated a girl throughout uni, cause i dont look like or sound like someone rich, when i started work, the girls were still avoiding me (i am not the handsomest guy around), so i settled down to the next girl that accepted me. But now since i am driving big cars, young girls seem to tease me… thats the fact of life man….

Interesting post. Maybe the younger readers of this blog will learn that studying is important these days. Unlike my days (many, many moons ago), one can do well without a piece of paper but very difficult these days.
I hope this gentleman will find a good wife who will love him for who he is rather than what he is.

I think most have missed the point.
Sure, the point can be about education which leads to (potentially) successful life.
IMHO, more importantly is the character and attitude of the person, including his/her integrity and dignity. He can be a dropout from school, but if he keeps his values straight, good girls will see him as a husband material regardless of his education background.
That said, good wife materials are hard to come by too.
