Teachers Day
Benghui : Tomorrow is teachers Day. I want to buy presents for teacher.
Bengbeng : Do you have money?
Benghui : I still got Rm30.00 with you. You forgot? Please bring me to Sing Kwong Supermarket.
( Benghui absolutely adores his teachers. He listens to them more than to us. To him, they can do no wrong. If the teacher says 2 + 2 = 5, then 2 + 2 = 5. Anyway he bought eight presents for his favorite teachers. Total spent Rm15.00 including wrapping paper. )
It is very late now. Almost 11.00p.m. and well past his bedtime but we all cannot sleep. Benghui is still busy wrapping presents for his teachers. Sigh, I wish he were this diligent in his studies too hahahahaha.
Happy Teachers day to all teachers in Malaysia. Your efforts are well appreciated.

i got a feeling he will
anyway that is my hope
Lucky teachers!
I remember I only gave a present to one teacher…my one and only favourite teacher..haha
i got to confess i never gave my teachers a present. we were all too scared of them
Benghui bribing his teacher! kakakakaka
perhaps that is his plan
but i dont think so . his principal goes around n canes every student who fails in the exams. but i support her move. it is to instill fear but she means no harm but just to motivate
During my time, teachers’ day had not been instituted, but we treated our teachers respectfully nonetheless.
i think times r different nowadays
, perhaps it is a good thing too for kids to b more open n expressive
my daughter jing jing very believe on her teachers too..
next time they become teachers too? Benghui n jingjing?
BengHui, any present for me?
i will buy bananas but daddy say i have Rm15.00 only- Benghui
Really, its teachers day?
So sad its not publicized much.
we are celebrating Norwegian Constitution day!
See pics!
i was wondering, where does the rm30.00 comes from?
hehehe
basically he received an angpow from auntie Bengsim . he spent some on a birthday cake. so he had about Rm24.00 left and an auntie gave him Rm6.00 ang pow for his birthday. after teacher’s day he has Rm15.00 left. we do this careful auditing of his money so he appreciates the value of money. he never keeps money. whatever he receives he passes to me for safe-keeping.
Good boy Benghui. Destined to be someone significant one day. Happy Teachers’ Day to all teachers.
Haha…so benghui has an “account” with you…
That’s good…teach him that money can finish…unlike some kids who are pampered and feel like money grows on trees…LOL…
I adored my teachers too…most lah.Haha…
he didnt understand the value of money. now he does…well a little. he knows he needs to plan usage of money
