My Longkang

I finally met sixthseal and rubberseeds. Unfortunately due to a problem with my camera, I lost all pics of the event.

Still it was a memorable event. We all met up at Orchid food court and later adjourned to Rest and Relax, Sibu and called it a night at about 1230 a.m. It makes me realize how wonderful blogging is in the sense I can make so many new and interesting friends. A big thank you to rubberseeds for teaching us all about photography

Sixthseal treated us to a jug of High High - it’s a local cocktail concoction which consists of Guinness Stout, Heineken beer, wine cooler and vodka. It tastes surprisingly good and is very popular at pubs and bars here and usually goes for RM 48 - 50.

I just would like to put on the record how enjoyable the night was meeting them both tonight. It helped that there was a lady around to accompany us . I don’t know what it is. Sixthseal is always surrounded by beautiful woman/women.

Sixthseal humor: Sell lah! No use one that company, make me lose money only. Buy that what, what, that computer company Ah Kau was talking about. Buy! Buy! Just buy! How much they want? 6 million? Tell them go fly kite. Tiu nia ma! If 5 million can lah. I not free now. Pang sai. If 5 million then ON. Si ki na, nowadays worker cannot harap one. Small small thing also want to call me.

Rubberseeds is a more serious person : I was an ex Photojournalist working for a foreign weekly publication.Over the past 3 decades I have taken many photos and I hope to share some of these old photos and also the more recent ones with readers here.My life has been a bit nomadic and I love it that way.I am actually addicted to that kind of freedom.Now one of the biggest fears is becoming stagnant.

I have been reading them both their blogs for a long, long time. It is wonderful to meet them in the flesh finally and enjoy their humor and good company.
