Continuation of sibu-selangau-balingian-long-house

When we arrived at Rumah Siba, the bus had a tough time reversing as the road was narrow. In the end it was decided that the driver should reverse into the compound of the long house. That in itself was no easy feat too. Every body then got off the bus. I did the same. Until I realized not every body got off the bus.

Only those designated to help here were supposed to alight from the bus.

This couple is posing for the camera . I met the lady for the first time on the bus but the guy is my good friend. He makes the best lo mai kai in Sibu

Everybody was crowded around this bush. I decided to take pics. Any body knows the name of this plant? The Iban lady called it bunga bernasib or lucky flower.

I may delay replying comments until tomorrow as I have too many commitments today. Also some body tried to tamper with my car while it was parked at a multi storey car-park. It is a mess. I need to get some body to help me.

I have posted another video of the journey. It is more of the same video I post yesterday. Basically the scenery along the journey looks the same. Watch only if you haven’t watched the previous day’s video.
