Hard to find markets like that in Singapore these days.
But there’s a place in Singapore called “Sungei Kadut” (can’t really recall the name of the place). That place sells all 2nd hand items which attracts lots of elderly old men to spend afternoons going through stuffs.
Your pictures remind me of that place, except yours is a fresh food market :)

  3. Hey, it’s not possible to find such a traditional pasar (market) in Singapore.

I should go for cosmetic surgery, faster results. haha…. I’m not into beauty treatments, just that the spa sponsored, I take lor. hehe….

  4. Great shots. You really have captured the essence of the market. Have a great weekend

Victor and I were on the way from Sibu to Kanowit and got lost. There was a water regatta there at that time, i think, i mean Kanowit. In the end, we arrived in Julau by accident. I took these pics. Hope you like them. You can find more pics at http://www.victorkiu.com
