Gregory: It was an unexpected phone call. I hadn’t even settled down at my desk wen the phone rang. Harry called to ask me about fengshui. That puzzled me. I knew him just as an acquaintance and we were not that close and here he was asking for my opinion and help.
He blabbered on about how things were not going right in his house. How his computer often broke down, printer refused to work etc. Alarm bells rang in my mind. What was he trying to say? I drove over to his house immediately and the first thing I noticed was the baby. I was about to congratulate him on the baby when I saw a ‘charm’ inserted under the baby napkin. I knew instinctively what he was trying to tell me. For the record the baby looked frail and definitely not in the best of health.
He then pointed to a corner and told me he needed a fengshui master to put right a certain corner of the house. I looked at the corner, diagonal from the main door and next to a staircase and my hair stood on end. I was spooked psychologically I suppose. At that time, I didn’t believe in such stuff.
Anyway to humor him, I called an exorcist over. He came over and immediately went to the same corner without any prompting from us. He did his rituals as we looked on. The ritual was so out of place in this modern world that I almost giggled. The ringing of bells, the old fashioned dressing and the chants. The baby too woke up possibly from the din that was being created. The exorcist did his stuff unperturbed.
After a few minutes or so, we noticed the baby looked better and the baby even stopped crying. The exorcist removed the charm and said it was no longer needed. Harry seemed enormously relieved so was his wife. I never heard from Harry again after that. But they are no longer staying in that house.
Note :
This story is based on hearsay and I cannot vouch for its authenticity.

my Mami believes in fengshui,
like mirror cannot be placed in front of da bed
like legs cannot face da main door,
but i do believe fengshui will somehow affect one’s life/health/qi…
i think my shop need to get someone see fengshui also..
business people pay more attention to fengshui, juz as goolooloo. last time my boss also paid for few thousand just to invite a master to say a few words for his shop.
btw, i also know a bit abt it when elders talk abt it.

I believe in fengshui. It is actually logic thinking but your story is a bit scary le. Recently, my school had a few case of hysteria. Later, I heard from a colleague that she actually felt the unseen things. She has the capability of sensing the unseen things. She cannot see them. May be just some dark shadows or white smokes. Eeekkk… my bulu roma now standing.
I believe ur colleague. I have the same ‘thing’ too but my senses are sharper. I had it since I was a child n it never really went away. Omos every body has it as a child but lose it as they grow up. Guess I am a retard.
Eeek…sound scary…
I believe in fengshui too. I believe that sometimes you really cannot sleep facing certain position. I did it a few times and I always have nightmare of ghost..eeekks
it is a true story in the sense I know where, how, when and who. I dont know know why though. Perhaps it is because we just coexist with them n they dont like the family to move in their space?
Hmmm… interesting, but creepy nevertheless
BengBeng, today is your BIG day ar?
eppie burfdae!!!
oi? jhow u know?
Wahh… sumbody’s birthday ah?
Many Happy Returns of the Day!
I think it’s more like ghosts than feng shui here. The two don’t mix. But of course when there’s presence of ghosts, the feng shui is usually not very good.
