I have been very active recently and consequently I feel very hungry. I cannot reduce the amount of food I eat otherwise I will feel tired and listless. On the other hand, I worry about my cholesterol level. My latest diet consists of watery food. Just as tasty but possibly with fewer calories.
Super delicious food like curry chicken is definitely out.

Clay pot noodles with lots of seafood.
Mixed vegetable rice.
Benghui obviously doesn’t quite agree with me. He prefers stuff like fried rice. He is always hungry all the time.
Benghui has been very busy too. by the way, he is nursing his first ever toothache. I did warn him about consuming too many sweets but he had to learn it the hardway.







You know why Benghui is hungry all the time? Cos like father like son! Haha! I think I’m like Benghui – I like fried rice too!
If you always hungry, eat more fibrous food like vegetables, fruits. Don’t have so many calories and make you full faster.

i first heard of it whenwuching came to Sibu. but few places sell it and i am not in the habit of going to the place he mentioned
another thing, u have to clean the rattan with detergent to get rid of oil or any impurities first, otherwise the shelette won’t adhere properly.
