Photohunters : Reflection
According to the dictionary, one of the meanings of reflection is a thought occurring in consideration or meditation and the act of reflecting or the state of being reflected.
This week the following entries are taken from a visit of some Chinese from Mainland China to an Iban longhouse in Sibu.
Part 1 :
The expression on the faces are a reflection of their sense of awe on being exposed to an ancient welcoming ceremony. This chicken wasn’t sacrificed at the request of the guests. Instead a feather was plucked.
The intricate beadwork is a reflection of the hours she put in to create a handicraft. It normally takes about a month or so to create a shawl from beads.
The pic shows the reflection of a man on his boat taking a bath. The boat and the man are both reflected in the clean, crystal clear water fronting the longhouse.
Part 2 :
This is from the inner sacred sanctuary of the Seven Tiger Star General Temple. The intense attention to detail is a reflection of hours of sacrifice put in by locals to create a place of worship. The construction cost was funded by donations and the workmen put in long hours after their own regular working hours to make it a reality.
A reflection of the flash from my camera on a dish called small penis. It costs about RM20.00 per kilogram and it actually looks like penis and it can ejaculate too!.It’s true. I am not joking. But you don’t get semen but just some salty water.
River scene to show reflection.
This must be the longest photohunters post I have ever done. It is to make up for not taking part in last week’s hunt. Sorry. My blog unfortunately was down
Have a great weekend every body.
