Berjaya Hills Resort-Japanese Village

I thought I had lost the memory card. Luckily I found it again. On my last day in Kuala Lumpur, neo agreed to my request to visit Bukit Tinggi. It would be fun I assured him because I had seen lots of pics pf the place before.

He took me to this kopitiam for food. Insisted he wanted to pay for the food :) Thanks Neo. For a moment I forgot I was disappointed I couldn’t make it for gym with tz and lifebook for gym that morning.

Of all things, he bragged about his I believe 12 year old pair of shoes and how much value for money they are. neo and wuching are true examples of foochow thriftyness. Never let a sen go to waste :) His shoes he explained are very expensive and will last for a long, long time if well maintained. Yours truly hid my shoes under the table. Mine was a Rm29.90 pair from Indonesia.

It was a pleasant day for a drive. The air unlike Kuala Lumpur was fresh and cool in the highlands.

“A monkey,” Neo shouted and I looked at him in amazement. What was he babbling about? I looked again and saw this little monkey by the roadside. Barely visible in the pic. Ladies, if you want to excite Neo, bring along a monkey :)

We missed this sign and had to go on until we reached the toll plaza near a place called Bentong. Our destination was Berjaya Hills Resort.

The first place we visited was the Japanese Village.

We had to park the car and walk 300 metres uphill. We could have waited for the transport but it would have meant wasting valuable time.

Love the Jap gdn, especially the fragrance of jasmin & ylang ylang flowers at the entrance. Plus it is so tranquil. ^^
