This video was taken in the early 70s. Look at the dress Frances Yip was wearing and at how slim Sam Hui was. It is hard to imagine how long Frances Yip and Sam Hui have been in the business and still remain popular until today. Everything is so… dated

But still as good if not better. LIke vintage vine, we appreciate them even more now.

    My parents is a fan of Sam Hui and I grew up with his songs… And Sam song lyrics are meaningful bcos it voice out the struggling of the working class people of HK.

    hmmm, my favourite pairing would always be:
    70s: Roman Jenny
    80s: Leslie Cheung Anita Mui
    90s: Jacky Cheung Sandy Lam
