Submersible aquarium light, fortune cookie, and parrot cichlids

I had a fortune cookie today. Would I strike some big lottery today and end up being a tauke or a rich man without needing to go to work?

With my winnings will I get my three wishes? ;) All I have to do is dream, dream , dream. Hope you enjoy Kathy’s Clown too. :) Both songs are by the Everly Brothers.

With a fair amount of trepidation I read the piece of paper with my fortune. It read, Share your happiness with others today.

Not bad huh? At least it didn’t say you have three more days to live or something. First thing I saw was my broken flower pot. As I had no spare flower pots, I had to place the flower in this unused rice cooker pot.

To cheer myself up. I decided to install this submersible light. It will brighten up the aquarium and keep green algae away. If I can’t pass my happiness to others, let me at least pass my happiness to my blood parrot cichlids.

Decided rather than throw the flower pot shards away, I recycled them to make condos for my fish. They were not apprehensive at all. As soon as big time developer, yours truly moved away, they went in to claim their own little niche. I foresee property prices in my aquarium will drop with the increased number of condominiums available. :)

They are happy. I am happy. I have managed to make the fortune cookie come true. Share my happiness with others namely with my cichlids. If you feel happy reading my tale, smile and I am sure I will receive a blessing from somewhere for sharing my happiness :)

I’m so amazed, you can take good care of your pets. I kept fishes before but sadly, all died in my care. :(
