Iban food and pansuh chicken

From julau

By the time we had finished dragging the river for fish, we were famished.

The smell of the barbeque just made us even more hungry.

You can see we enjoyed the food. We ate a lot. Not 5 star of course but just as delicious.

This is something similar to bamboo shoot but it is not. I was told it belongs more to the banana tree family.

Abana and you must have a really full stomach.

Fresh air and fresh waterfall and sounds of water gurgling in the stream – good friends and good food…quite near heaven I suppose.
