Isn’t this video awesome? Of course I am in no way a muscleman like him but it is also great to exercise our shoulders and give it a great workout. Today I share with you some tips I learned about exercising the shoulder and getting a great shoulder workout and pics I took.

A reader asked me the purpose of my posts and the target audience for my post. My target audience is people like me who know little about gym, would like to workout but know little about the mechanisms and routines. This post of course is not comprehensive but it is supposed to give you ideas and generate interest :)

    u already look fit. do u need to do all these exercises? :)

    very informative….i have recently begun my own workout at home too trying 3x a week mainly pushup….is there any other exercise for the shoulder without the help of dumbbells? bcs i dont have:P

    Hopefully you will have a balance developed sets of muscle. Not big here and small there. erggggg…

    As it is i have small legs :) I got no choice as i hurt my legs in an accident some time ago so i got to b careful with my legs :)

    i am not a gym person though i tried before and I even have a lifetime membership to one gym. I only used for few months and never had the chance to keep attending. My school and work was so hectic that time. My exercise before i left was to play and chase my niece and carry her a lot! haha

    play n chase yr niece and carry her is also exercise but practical exercise :)
