Would you like to have great biceps? It is a great turn on for the opposite sex, and for the ego hehe. You would look good in a t-shirt too. The biceps are among the easiest muscles to develop as most beginners enjoy the movement as they already have some developed biceps to begin with . The movements are easy too. I have recently started doing this workout as in the video but I don’t have the pics. Try it out please. You will enjoy yourself I am sure.

This is an interesting exercise for developing the forearms. You can do it yourself at home. Get a broomstick and tie a rope with a weight. You can use a plastic bottle filled with water if you wish
As long as it is heavy enough to challenge your forearms. Roll up the weight by turning the broomstick, and then slowly release it again by turning the stick. Repeat it for 4 sets. Trust me. It is not as easy as it looks

You can try this out too. After finishing your 4 sets, reverse your forearm with a different side against the workout bench.
This post is by no means comprehensive as a reference for bodybuilders but it should be enough for me as a beginner in the gym.
Try it out by all means. Tell me how you feel after that.
Tip: do not lift more than you can handle. Avoid the assistance of the movement’s momentum. Use a lighter weight if necessary and keep the movement slow and controlled.

pushups not only build up the facade in front of your physique, but also develop the support system behind those muscles, too.
