In the past, cows had to walk along the streets guided by the herder who had to exercise enormous patience.

Now technology has made it possible for cows to be transported in lorries and other motorized transport. Incidentally today is Hari Raya Korban. These cows will probably be slaughtered to mark this day of sacrifice and its meat shared out with the community.

Haha.. pampered cows but unfortunately they would end up in somebody’s plate later.
I hope as much as those cows get eaten as possible — this way, their sacrifice will be all the more worth while. (And yes, I’m one of those who will eat stuff like cow’s stomachs, tendon and such!)

I missed the chance to blog about this festival and the yummy briyani served at the mosque.
Oh yeah…cows are so much pampered now people make them fat but at the end gone forever.
