Hastily rushed to Ern Tao Methodist Church for their food fair before leaving for my trip to Kabong.

I was fortunate to meet Yongsun. He is the published author of six books.

The place was so crowded with people buying and selling I didn’t know what to do with my RM50.00 worth of coupons.

In the end I decided to buy fruits. Anybody wants some? There are so many fruits in my house now :) there is no way we can finish them all.

Met Steve and invited him to join us for our trip to Kabong but he had just come back from a long holiday. The timing wasn’t correct. Ah Tuong would only be back in Sibu in a week’s time and Victor had to entertain visiting relatives.

Stopped by at Bintangor as Lengchai had not been to Bintangor before.

Not full after eating the kampua sold at the food fair which was indeed a very big packet for only RM5.00 we decided to stop at Bintangor for rojak. Bintangor or to be more precise this particular stall is famous for its rojak. You can’t go to Bintangor and fail to try out this rojak or you can opt to buy the sauce which is sold at RM7.00 per bottle. Real value for money.

From Kabung trip

RM10.00 of rojak for three persons. It was worth it.

This durian belanda juice tasted great too.

And yes, they had Ron97 while we at Sibu have had to run around looking for Ron97 sometimes.

And Happy Hari Raya Korban to all Muslim readers :)

i don’t know what’s a rojak benghui, never tried that. Perhaps I should when I go there.

  3. I don’t go to that Rojak stall anymore. In fact I put a life ban on it already. Last time I was there, we seated there for few minutes and no one come and serve us. The place is always crowded also during public holiday.

we were there on Friday so it was Hari raya korban but it was still crowded. i regret not buying back a few bottles of the sauce,.

15 mins from Sarikei to Bintangor using the Nyelong River Bridge. Bintangor and Sarikei are now joined at the hip.

Daniel actually we got a bit confused too. after Sarikei, we crossed the bridge, came back along the bridge n wandered around for a while looking for the way to Kuching ( Sebangkoi :) )
