You will know you have arrived at Jakar when you see this pepper symbol.

We headed here for prawn noodles.

The waitress said the price was RM6.00.

But when we wanted to pay the bill, she said the price had gone up to RM10.00. Something to do with the prawns being of the big-head variety. I guess Jakar must have among the highest inflation rate in the world. But it was delicious…. oklah not exactly delicious but like noodles with prawns thrown in as an afterthought.

The coffee shop was crowded. I wonder if their noodles cost RM10.00 too.
Anyway maybe I should give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe. Perhaps the first time, the waitress had got the price wrong. Terribly wrong. I paid RM6.00 the last time I was there too without the big camera. Anyway it is doubtful I would go there again.

It was a very warm day. I was so glad I had cut my hair short a week ago.

That’s pricey for a bowl of prawn mee but I guess the prawns must be fresh and big!
looks like she just overpriced you
That was so expensive for a remote town. My architect friend over here also came from that town too. He always discouraged me from visiting that town pula.
Went up four ringgit to ten ringgit from six ringgit in less than half an hour. i dont blame them, i blame my camera
