i wanted to make a nice tang yuan but somehow i woke up late yesterday so didn’t get to buy the ingredients. i ended up having plain tang yuan, only glutinous rice flour add in a little green colour and boil in pandan leaves for the soup

I prefer mine with the red bean filling, even though I’m not chinese I love to eat home made tang yuan.
