A huge crowd gathered at the Sibu Town Square to celebrate the countdown to the year 2010. Heavy rain failed to damper the spirits of the revellers. Some went home but the majority took shelter in Wisma Sanyan until the rain stopped. After that the celebrations continued.
At precisely 12.00 midnight the fireworks started. I wonder what the year 2010 has in store for us. I hope it will be a good one for all of us. Happy 2010 everybody
