Hi,how are you?
My head so pening.I just come back from the clinic.I have high fever.I shiver like when Brownie is sick.The doctor is very kind.I saw him at church before.He gave me four kinds of liquid medicine.I tell doctor I do not like tablets.He laughed at me.He said I am a big boy now.Tomorrow I cannot go to school.Who is going to take care of me?Daddy is phoning everybody for help.Maybe auntie can help.
I feel pain here and there.
But doctor said I will be able to go to school on Monday.I did not bathe today.I did not eat much today.I vomit everything.I will just eat an orange before I sleep.Brownie spoiled my new school shoes.I have no more school shoes.All spoiled by Brownie.I tell Brownie not to do it.Brownie will not listen 
I stop here.I want to go vomit.Daddy will care for me tonight.
maybe you can ask daddy to let you take care yourself?

Have a good rest and take care.
Ask Daddy to make you some porridge. Don’t let your stomach get empty. Need to eat to take your medicine, OK?
Drink a lot of warm water to flush out the virus….
And ask daddy to wipe all the tops (where hands can touch) e.g. table tops and shelves with diluted vinegar….every now and then.
I do that very often and it works for me.
there has been a research on vinegar…one factory producing vinegar never has its employees calling in sick for a period of three years!!
