From lion dance tournament

This was the first time I had attended a lion dance tournament. It requires a lot of skill, dexterity and stamina. The lion head is heavy, vision is limted at best behind the kion head. The tail of the lion follows the lead of the lion head.

So there must be a special relationship between the two especially in a tournament. There are obstacles to face, a bridge to cross, obstacles to go under, step over and jump over .
