The Rhythm of Life
12.30
The musical note reflects rhythm;
When the rhythm of a song is right…
all things fall in place.
It is easy on the ear as it is harmonious.
When it is a happy song, the feeling is happy and
pleasant.
This sculpture interprets life as a beautiful rhythm.
The sculpture-A single note rising high…
with bright vibrant colors-
reflects the basic element of a life synchronized.
Like the vibrantly colored musical note elevated high,
when life is in sync- it is easy and happy.
In short it strives to echo the age old truth…
that when you have the rhythm of life…
life is easy, happy and often colorful.
The sculpture was created by renowned local artist Heng Eow Lin on 25th January 2008

Nikon Travelite V and Pearl Hill, Penang
12.22
We decided to explore Pearl Hill. It is quite popular among the locals but few tourists venture to this place. I was riding pillion and I found it difficult to mount and dismount from this bike. Too Ah Pek already with all my ancient, athritic , stiff joints which creaked with every move I made like in some Frankenstein movie. ![]()
