Benghui has been eating a lot recently. Gone are the days when we had to persuade him to eat more. He is now just a ‘mouth’. He is now up to my chin in height. Anyway Mrs BB told me to just put food on the table. Whether he eats or not or if he is able to reach his full potential is entirely up to Benghui. Benghui tensed for a lecture whch fortunately didn’t come.
Ingredients for Hainan chicken rice: lemongrass, onion, garlic, palm oil, a little butter, salt, garlic, a little curry powder, ginger and chicken stock.
Ingredients for roast chicken : Marinade chicken with soya sauce, pepper, honey, garlic, salt, oyster sauce. Wrap in aluminium foil and roast for 30 minutes at 250 degrees. The soup is taufu and corn soup.
My experiment in baking a cake. 
Nothing much to shout about. I used pre-mix from a box. But that’s nothing to worry about. Benghui will eat anything.
Thank God Benghui has become a human again after beating the Facebook and online games addiction. Here he is doing his sums. We are in the midst of finding a personal tutor. Some one offered for Benghui to visit her twice a week for RM700/month but that is over our budget. Anyway after a row over his addiction, his tv and computer privileges have been further reduced.
My gym buddy : Bengbeng, I know you are here in the gym for keeping fit but you have to be properly attired. Get proper shoes, athletic attire and so on. Your dressing : no class at all.
I will buy new gym attire not only for the looks but for the safety factor especially about the shoes. I almost had a nasty mishap yesterday due to my old, ancient sports shoes. Or rather the absence of them
