I just had to share this song with you. Please click on the link. It is about a guy who loves a girl but alas the girl’s dad is totally against it. The man accepts the finality of the situation and tells the lady he will still love her nevertheless. Anyway my grasp of the language is limited so if I am wrong, please don’t sue me hehehe.
I think it is a great song. I hope you like it.

Smoke on the Water
Deep Purple is coming to perform at the Genting Arena of Stars on May 16. It is part of the legendary band’s Asia/Australia tour 2010. I haven’t heard of them for ages. I used to be be crazy over their music and played their songs right out loud. Until one day a lady called Ah Phong or was it Ah Imm who came over to my house and told me I was supposed to enjoy the music and not to entertain the whole neighbourhood.

Long Piau Piau – Fu Xin De Ren
11.16
I read that in conjunction with the Penang International Line Dance Carnival, renowned Taiwan artist Long Piao Piao will host a concert from 8pm to 9.30pm on the 21st of November. How many of you can forget her trademark voice?
How I wish I could attend that concert! If some Penang bloggers attend her concert, I hope they will post videos of her concert- A Grateful Heart concert. I would be ever so grateful.
My favorite is Fu Xin De Ren Fu Xin De Ren or loosely translated as changed heart or heart traitor is a song about hopeless unrequited love. How extreme love is soon followed by feelings of hatred and regret for waiting and hoping for too long.
Another Long Piao Piao song : about a man she loved, she lost and she cannot get him back.
Chinese Yueju Opera- Dream of Red Chamber

I hurt myself in a fall. No excuses really, I saw what wasn’t there due to my new bifocals. They are now scratched but not broken. Still usable, thank goodness. It wasn’t too bad at first. Nothing that some painkillers couldn’t heal. But after a nap, I couldn’t get out of bed. Mrs BB had to be hauled in to lift me up like a sack of potatoes. The back is often taken for granted. I am alright now of course unless I lie down. Once I lie down, I have a problem in getting up again.
