Where in Sibu can do abortion?

This post is not really a post. I found this search item on my blog today a few times. I just pray whoever searched for it finds all the resources she needs. I think it is probably a she and she will do this search item again. She has done it a few times already.

Abortion is usually the last option. It should be carefully considered. A child is the most precious gift HE can give to a couple. If the mother is facing problems, there must be someone she can talk to. The fact that this person used search on internet suggests to me, she is well educated and young and not a mother with too many kids. Of course I may be wrong.

I fear it is ‘a person in search of help’. I pray that God will guide you as you go through this very difficult period. Please try to find someone you can trust to talk to. Please try to get a second opinion.

Whatever it is you finally do, May God be with you. I shall be praying for you and some of my readers too I believe. Sometimes when things seem the bleakest, call out to God and he will answer. Ask for help and guidance. An abortion is very final. It cannot be undone.

Anybody with this information, please comment and submit the relevant information. Thank you.

Spider bite possible cure for erectile dysfunction

Finally, what has been discussed behind closed doors is again discussed openly. The discovery came quite accidentally. Men who had been bitten by the Phoneutria nigriventer or Brazilian Wandering Spider experienced priapism – long and painful erections. It refused to go down.

This prompted the idea by Brazilian and US scientists into looking into using spider venom as a possible treatment for male impotence. From their investigations, they found that the venom contains a toxin, called Tx2-6, that causes erections. However don’t go looking for Phoneutria nigriventer. Its bite can kill sometimes.

Further tests are being carried out in the US before the substance can be approved for human use.

At this juncture, scientists are of the opinion that a combination of the spider’s venom with an existing drug for erectile dysfunction – such as Viagra, Cialis or Levtra could produce better results.

Pharmacies and local drug stores will have to stock up on Panadol or paracetamol because suddenly there will be a worldwide epidemic of housewives suddenly ‘having a headache’.

Malaysians are very fortunate that they have access to medical care for as little as RM1.00. This is something many Malaysians take for granted. For RM5.00 they can even see a specialist. Granted, by and by service is not perfect or immediate but it is available.

For me, I do not take this for granted. I do go to the hospital clinics and hospitals. Why not? They have quality medicine. The mighty ringgit a foreigner told me when I told him I only paid RM1.00 for a visit to the hospital.

It is easier to be a barber, teacher, or a beautician rather than a doctor. Most people equate doctors with bad news. They are a necessary evil in life. I laugh as I wonder what Bernard or doc will think as they read this .

We need them. They are essential in our lives but we don’t want to visit them in a professional capacity.

Stress can damage your child’s brains.

Is your child stressed? Are you stressing your child too much with high expectations from them for achievements that you yourself were not able to achieve?

Nowadays, kids are facing a lot of stress and lead highly structured lives from the time they wake up to the time they sleep. They have their schooling, co-curricular activities, after school tuition classes, piano lessons, computer lessons, language classes and religious lessons. It is no wonder kids feel bored when left alone to their own resources.

No excessive jogging please.

In this modern world where every one is very particular about their image, jogging has become a way of life for many. It gives one an excuse to leave the house, do some exercise, work off the sweat and hopefully some socializing.

However a study conducted at the University of Heidelburg has concluded that people who jog more than 60km per week are at greater risk of developing osteoarthritis in their hips.

This osteoarthritis is characterized by joint pain which can be relieved by medication known as cox inhibitors, which block the effects of special enzymes, specifically Cox-1 and Cox-2 enzymes.

According to the study, no problems arose in the long-distance joggers’ knees. If you are a short distance jogger, do not worry. There is no increased risk of arthritis in the knees or hips.

I see her every morning. She has a cute face that will never age and in her mid thirties. She is not one for flowing skirts but for tight skirts and body-hugging blouses. She is the only one who speaks me not in dialects but in perfect Mandarin. So, yours truly has to brush up on oral Mandarin.

Exercise rather than diet to lose weight to prevent bone density loss

Are you overweight? Are you dieting?

I just found out that when overweight people lose weight, they often lose bone mineral density as well, increasing their risk for osteoporosis. However new research suggests to preserve bone strength, exercise rather than calorie restriction is a better option.

To read the stats that prompted this research finding click here

The results appear in the Dec. 11 issue of The Archives of Internal Medicine. The researchers acknowledge that their sample was not large and did not examine sex differences in bone mineral density responses.

Dr. Dennis T. Villareal, the lead author of the study and an associate professor of medicine at Washington University in St. Louis, recommends diet and exercise together in a weight-loss program. “That way, you get the weight loss benefits of the diet,” he said, “but prevent the negative effect on bone health.”

“Bengbeng, that is enough. Remember your high blood pressure. Remember we don’t want Benghui to have a father who has a heart attack.” It has got to the stage I don’t bother to drink at all unless society obliges me to imbibe a glass or two.

Anyway, I am used to that. “ Bengbeng, not so fast..maybe accidentlah. Don’t sleep late…your heart u know  Eat more vegetablelah …your body needs more fibre.. I sometimes long for the time when I was free and did what I wanted. (more…)
