Sibu Benevolent Society Nursing Home

We all paid a visit to the Sibu Benevolent Society Nursing Home. I was impressed. It was very clean. There were flowers and fruiting trees. But when I wanted to enter the premises I found my way blocked by an aluminium grill door. It was to keep them in rather than to keep visitors out.

Most of the time, I was in the passenger seat of my friend’s car so I didn’t stop to take pics . I shot pics as we were passing by. It was very hot while we were there. Perhaps it is because it is near the sea. Anyway I wished I was in this house because it looked so cool and comfortable. The car’s air-con was cool enough but somehow I felt warm when I saw this house surrounded by trees and shrubs partly hidden from the road. Read more »

Karaoke at Li Hua and dancing at Everly, Sibu

What a night I had! The busiest Saturday night I had in ages :)

I had to entertain guests from outstation. First stop was Hotel Li Hua where a karaoke competition for ’seasoned’ singers was held. It was a fund-raising event.
