Hello everybody. Thanks for the new year wishes Missed the countdown last night. Guess I am getting a little too old for that. Furthermore I could hear and see the fireworks if I stand on one foot, hang on the balcony railings for support and twist my neck at a certain angle haha. Today I followed Glen to Tanjung Manis. It involved a one-hour journey by road through rural hinterlands.

Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort

We are back home from Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort. I give it five stars for the great service we received. We took a Biaramas bus from Sibu headed for Miri at 6.00 a.m. We arrived at the junction of the Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort which is 36km from Miri at 1.00 p.m. with stops at Selangau and Batu Niah. The security guy, a friendly chap kept us company while waiting for the van to take us up to the resort which is 4km away from the junction.
